It located in the central part of the High Tatras, lower Smokovec - the forest, two kilometers from the tourist and ski resort Stary Smokovec. The nearest ski resort "Kontrícka"is 100m from the Villas IKA. In the vicinity there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Each room has private bathroom and TV.
